We found ourselves in a need of a van at short notice, booked online the night before and submitted all the required documentation but still worried that we booked way too late... We came in early the next morning and got the keys in less than 10minutes! Great service, reasonable prices, easy booking and drop of procedure, will definitely go for Choice next time we're in a need of a vehicle. Cannot recommend them enough!
Reviewing after hiring vans from here on two occasions. Would recommend. Cheap, easy to book, to the point and good local service. Easier and quicker if you fill in paperwork online in advance e.g. uploading photos of valid ID, proof of address etc. The most recent van hire was highly spec'd and a shiny 22 plate Transit which was a nice touch was moving furniture so the firm floor/base helped a lot - thank you!. Friendly staff who encourage you to film around the van before you take the keys which is a nice touch to prevent any discrepancies around vehicle condition. Just make sure that if anything does happen touches wood, make sure you ring the number they provide you with as soon as the issue occurs. This helps them to help you and also reduces your liability.
We did a car hire after arriving for a week from Cyprus. Car was well priced in comparison to others. Rental was a smooth and easy process with no issues upon return. Friendly, honest staff. We will definitely use again if/when we fly into Gatwick and will recommend to others. Thanks again for a super service.
Excellent service well worth the money the staff are so friendly and helpful we have used them 3 times now I doubt we will use any other company when we visit the UK my partner Colin Cottrell did all the driving as usual we can not folt them at all I would highly recommend this company for your car hire you will not be disappointed with there service or the price 10 out of 10 in my opinion
We rented a car in Brighton. This was our first rental in UK. Minimal bureaucracy, nice car. We traveled great.
Spoke to a lady on the phone about booking online, she was rude and dismissive until we were discussing payment of course. When I went in to collect the car the man at the desk was sat watching something on his phone, he looked up at me as if I had interrupted him. He was rude and unhelpful, rolling his eyes when I asked if my mum could do the payment over the phone. Yes their hire is cheap but it obvious why! When I dropped the car off they didn’t hesitate to be straight out to me to take the keys off me and do the vehicle checks, didn’t ask me to sign anything but I later got the review form and it said customer wasn’t present for a signature.
Dangerous, hire at risk of death Only 1 star provided as I cannot provide -5! Hired to do a job, brake warning light came on after 200 miles, far from Brighton.... so apparently The only option was to not work for the weekend and be towed 200 miles back to Brighton and get a replacement, to then have to drive all the way back to start the job. Utterly ridiculous when I found a call out mechanic that could have done the job in 1 hour or less and charged brake pads + £50 labour. This prompted me to check previous mot’s to find advisories Of worn tire had taken over 20,000 miles to be replaced and ball joint boot not still not replaced after 9,000 miles! Also when I was refuelling I found no petrol cap!... van filthy, noisy and covered in damage, not to mention over an hour to wait to collect and the saga could take pages to write. Irresponsible dangerous company.... Hire at your peril! No compensation offered, no manager to speak to.... utter rubbish!
Best deals in the area, Simon and Kev were very professional and extremely helpful, can't recommend enough! Five star service
Great place to hire a van I have used them twice and the guys are very helpful and nice to deal with and you can do most of the paperwork on line will definitely use again.
Nice well maintained vehicles, helping stuff, very easy to reach customer support
