5* Service, couldn’t ask for more, staff very friendly and helpful. Cars to meet your needs and affordable prices. I have used this company twice now and there free shuttle bus and smooth booking process makes it easy and a very efficient way to travel. Note make sure you print your voucher and follow the instructions to make your experience smoother as some people in the office hadn’t done so and that led to delays for them to get prof of address. 😀👍

We waited about 30 min until we got on the shuttle bus. Checking in took some time as well but eventually we got a decent (and bigger than ordered) car and were on our way. 
Returning the car was much faster - it took about five mins for the car to be checked and signed off. The shuttle bus came very quickly too.
The site is conveniently located close to the terminal, the transfer takes no more than 10 min. It is a bit basic, but does the job.
Service was friendly throughout.

If there was a minus, I would gladly highlight it. I arrived at 12 55 to collect my 1300 contracted rental to be told
" Won't get .car today"????
Excuse me, car is booked, plans made what do you mean you don't have a car?
No explanation or empathy. Arrogant, rude, intimidating, useless and disgusting. 
Also refused to refund the deposit.

Excellent service. If you can spare a few more minutes to pick up and drop off outside the airport then its worth it. Really affordable prices also. Friendly staff and hassle free. Thoroughly recommend.

Long queue having to wait for 1 hour 30 minutes, huge deposit taken & a car of inferior quality given (downgraded from what we had booked). Beware of the staff, they will try to scare you by asking you to upgrade or buy add-ons to have less chances of paying for damages. Only 2 men, shortage of manpower which resulted in a huge delay to pick up the car. They can be very rude too. Did not like that we had to check for scratches in the night and mail them letting them know by 9am next morning if we saw any scratches or dents. Pickup should be smooth & seamless especially after a tiring flight journey. The car had way too many scratches and we were afraid we'd be charged for something we hadn't spotted since they took 1200 pounds as deposit which is absolutely ridiculous! On a positive note, the driver for the shuttle was a sweet friendly and helpful man. Not satisfied overall, a lot of scope for improvement. Read a lot of positive reviews which come across as fake, probably written by the owners network of friends and family. Stay away from this car rental agency or you will regret it. We have rented cars from many agencies across the world & never experienced something like this before. Do not recommend it at all.
