Normally I have bad experiences at car rental places, but today I had the best experience in my entire car rental history. The customer service representatives at Enterprise are top notch. All of them were very helpful. They took care of any issue that arose with patience, kindness, and a nice smile. I really felt well taken care of. I definitely will be renting from Enterprise from now on. Thank you to the amazing group of men and women at Enterprise for your outstanding service. You really made my day!

Enterprise offer good customer service - the staff are helpful, clear and friendly. However, even though I always reserve the smallest car available (for fuel economy, as I'm usually alone), I rarely get what I actually reserved. I am forced to accept an upgrade to a larger vehicle because the class I reserved isn't available.

We rented a car from enterprise Gatwick for our trip to London. All staff were very polite and helpful. Pheobe was the representative we dealt with. The car was in excellent condition and lovely to drive. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you to all the staff.

Andy was my point of contact. He was extremely helpful and professional which made the whole experience very pleasant. It is nice to have a human touch opposed to just a process. I hire cars all the time from multiple car hire businesses and based on my recent experience, Enterprise is my 1st option.

BEWARE! I used Enterprise's early morning drop-off and key box which was a generous offering until they used it for evil. They claimed I had a crack in my windshield and, of course, I wasn't there to review it with them. Luckily, I took pictures and trapped them. I asked for evidence and they sent a picture of a crack but nothing indicating it was my rental. I asked for a zoomed out picture and they said, sorry, the windshield had already been replaced just 5 hrs later! Naughty, naughty. I showed my credit card company my pictures and they voided the scam charge.
