Writing this review a long time after renting from this location. Felt compelled to give the team a shout out for their absolutely AMAZING SERVICE and PEOPLE SKILLS. Especially to Stefan and Andre who made renting a GREAT car for a international customer smooth and enjoyable. Keep up the great work lads.

Last week we hired a car from Gatwick airport and  we were very happy with the customer service we received from Maria, she was extremely polite, knowledgeable and super efficient, she even greeted us on our return with a lovely smile asking if we had enjoyed our stay. Sorry didn’t take a photo of the car but it was brand new and very impressive! We couldn’t have asked for anything better we will definitely be hiring again and would highly recommend Enterprise/Alamo.

If you hire from enterprise, you need to bring a microscope with you! Been charged £195 to replace a tyre with the smallest of smallest cut on it. The rim was already damaged when I hired it. Avoid enterprise and associate companies at all cost. See picture for damage and a sheet of their costs.

It was a pleasant experience with Cian at the counter, the upgrade to a branded vehicle was great. The vehicle is super clean, safety belt buckled in and a leaflet is available. Jess at the return point was very understanding. This is the best experience I had with enterprise in Europe, no force selling insurance, no additional invoice and deposit returned within 3 days.

Unfortunately we didn't take a picture of our car but it was new, clean and very comfortable to drive! Nova and Amy took care of us and were very friendly, efficient and really made the whole experience super great for our little weekend getaway. We want to thank Nova and Amy for adding that little bit of extra 'specialness' and will certainly be back!

Another helpful, friendly and professional Team from Enterprise! This seems to be the case with pretty much all their offices I've encountered, and Gatwick was no exception. Ahmed on the desk was friendly and helpful and didn't rush me. When I was collecting the car Neil was great, plenty of info and again, didn't rush me. Then Ty on drop off nice and simple and friendly and chatty. As I've said here and at Birmingham Airport, Enterprise must really look after their staff and/or employ only the best. Car was fab but staff better. Always professional but approachable.

Excellent service today from Ahmed, Carina and Ty at the Alamo/Enterprise counter. Very helpful, polite and considerate when there was a problem with the 3rd party booking. Very impressed by the professionalism and customer service.

Picked up a car this morning.  Really pleasant chap on the counter , no aggressive selling of additional cover but instead genuinely asking how my day was.  Josh was on hand to help get the car and on my way.  Easy to deal with and I'll definitely be using enterprise for my future car bookings

Pick up from Gatwick, returned in Stansted. If I wouldn't make pictures of existing damages "there is no single damage on the car", I would be charged probably... 5 hours rental with 100 miles mileage :
