Excellent customer service. Staff are very helpful, friendly and regularly keep you updated about your query. They also sorted out my request without any problem, even if it was a last minute request. Vehicles are clean, new and without fault. Overall very satisfied with their service and the Romford branch is full of good people. Keep it up guys!

I have been renting from the Harold Wood branch quite regularly the past few months and they are wonderful! Each and every staff member is welcoming, informative and professional. The cars are pristine and explained each time - even though I am a regular - which is very helpful. I have never been so pleased with a rental agency as I have with the Harold Wood branch of Enterprise - can't sing their praise enough :)

The staff at the Harold Wood branch was fantastic, especially Lizzie, who was very helpful and clearly someone who is excellent at her job.
