Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much bother and the guys were happy to answer any queries. Everything was explained thoroughly. The communication was fantastic. I was put in a hire car whilst the insurance was fixing mine. The first car I was in was beautiful but too big for my liking and they had me switched to something more suitable the same day. Thankyou all for making it such an easy and straightforward process
OUTSTANDING exemplary performance from all the staff at Basildon Enterprise. First rate new cars lovely and clean + very competitively priced too. So impressed I hired 2 cars from them. The staff are welcoming, professional and polite. Will hire again and again. PERFECT.
The whole experience with Enterprise was spot on from start to finish.nThe customer service was genuinely top notch – friendly, professional, and actually helpful rather than just going through the motions. Everything was explained clearly, no hassle, no waiting around, just a smooth and easy process.nThe car itself was excellent too – clean, well maintained, and drove perfectly. You can tell they take pride in what they offer.nAll in all, a really positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Enterprise again or recommend them to anyone.
Dirty, not ready for road vehicles, sub standard customer service.nnI booked a rental with this branch and was disappointed with the condition of the car I was given. It was dirty both inside and out, clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard before collection. The windscreen liquid was also ran out with one use, this should have been checked as part of the vehicle preparation.nnOverall, the level of customer service and attention to detail at this branch was below standard. I expected a clean, road-ready vehicle, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
Doesn't say anywhere through the booking process, but you MUST have a credit card in order to pay the deposit. They're happy to take the £150 payment from a debit card, but the deposit can't be settled the same way.nnStaff all excellent and super helpful, but it's a company IT policy above their heads
