First class service.  Mohammed was brilliant when I picked up the car - professional and friendly, took time to answer all my questions. When I dropped it back, George was great too -  polite and professional.  I booked the car late the night before on line and they didn’t actually have one in the spec I requested so I was upgraded. I will definitely hire from here again. Customer service was spot on. Thank you

Actually renting a car was ok but getting pestered to leave a good review after returning the car. However I forgot to pay a dart charge crossing for 1 trip on 01/08/22. Charge was Sent to the wrong address and today 01/11/22 I contacted Dart Charge, managed to sort it out at £37.50 but on the Dart site lots of charges for this vehicle. I called and emailed both Enterprise and their external fine company several times during the 4 month period with no action so be very aware before renting a vehicle from these that the aftercare is none existent if you have a problem. I personally will avoid using enterprise rental again.

First they didn't inform me that my car was ready to pick up, then when I phoned them they said they were shutting in the next 30 min. After a talk they agreed some one would wait  until we got there only to find it all closed up. Phoned head office to find out where they were a man appeared after 10 min to tell us he was just behind the shutters all the time. When asked of we had filled the car, I told him we couldn't get the cap off, he laughed until he tried it and he couldn't get it off all in all a disaster of an experience.

Speedy service and Tom was fantastic. Hiring for business. There were a few issues due to the age of one of my colleagues and the vehicle we were hiring and Tom dealt with them quickly and solved the problems by talking to head office. So many would have just said "No" and not even tried. Other staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely going back for future hires.

Friendly staff, there was a customer that was quite upset because she got a flat tyre, one of the girls was being very compassionate, and didn't even laugh when the woman complaining said "It's going to be too late now, my husband is unable to pitch tent anymore". I did however laugh. 5/5 stars.

Laura was fantastic at sorting my partner a mew van out after breaking down. She went above & beyond to get him back on the road and he could continue with his deliveries. 5 stars to Laura, look after staff like this

Absolutely shocking place to deal with, massively unprofessional, not helpful at all and told that’s it’s not their problem.. then to top it off charge me £200 for damages to a tyre that you would even be able to see unless you used a microscope. Joke of a place highly recommended to avoid this center and the whole of enterprise at any cost!! Do not use this company!!

I had an issue with the vehicle hired, however, upon return and explaining that issue, it was dealt with there and then. The manager was very apologetic to the issue and did everything he could to resolve it. I cannot thank him enough for the that. I would use them again as overall the vehicle did what I needed it for. Majority of the vehicles are 21-22 plates so there shouldn't be much to go wrong with them

Very good nice people and helpful  person centre care for there customers needs

Mohammad is just the user friendly frontline staff you need in a place like this so helpful and nothing to much trouble, even helped me let my Mum use the loo thanks so much great team.
