Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much bother and the guys were happy to answer any queries. Everything was explained thoroughly. The communication was fantastic. I was put in a hire car whilst the insurance was fixing mine. The first car I was in was beautiful but too big for my liking and they had me switched to something more suitable the same day. Thankyou all for making it such an easy and straightforward process
Great location on old garage on a127 before fortune of war pub in Basildon, seemed to have loads of vehicles there when I was there, brilliant staff, great polite service
OUTSTANDING exemplary performance from all the staff at Basildon Enterprise. First rate new cars lovely and clean + very competitively priced too. So impressed I hired 2 cars from them. The staff are welcoming, professional and polite. Will hire again and again. PERFECT.
Doesn't say anywhere through the booking process, but you MUST have a credit card in order to pay the deposit. They're happy to take the £150 payment from a debit card, but the deposit can't be settled the same way.nnStaff all excellent and super helpful, but it's a company IT policy above their heads
Outstanding customer service – Enterprise BasildonnI cannot thank the team at Enterprise Basildon enough for the compassion and professionalism they showed me during an incredibly difficult time.nnMy wife has recently been hospitalised after losing the use of her legs, which has turned our lives upside down.nDespite the circumstances, Enterprise had me in a vehicle large enough to accommodate a wheelchair within just 59 minutes — something that made an immediate and meaningful difference to our situation.nnThe lady who checked me out on Tuesday 20th February was exceptionally caring, kind, and professional. She went above and beyond to support me, showing genuine empathy and understanding at a time when I really needed it. Her service wasn’t just efficient — it was human, thoughtful, and compassionate.nnI would be more than happy to provide a longer statement directly to Enterprise detailing how much her support meant to me. This is customer service at its absolute best.nnThank younnRichard nicholas
