Me and my brother hired a van from Enterprise yesterday and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and made everything really straightforward. Two people in particular stood out – Muhammad and Kasir the manager. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best service, and it honestly made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. The van was clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed. I’d definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone, and special thanks again to Muhammad and Kasir for their outstanding service!

Hired van, not fit for purpose,  absolute joke!nnSide loading door not working, rear doors bottom catch not locking, and to top it all driver side airbag warning light on!nnEnterprise employee response, don’t put fuel in!!!! It only had about 15litres in the tank to begin with.nnWill not be using again!

SCAMMERS!! BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH!nGiven a courtesy car due to a non fault accident, before I left I checked the car as well as I could considering it was dark outside and the car was also soaking wet on a dry day?? I’ve added a photo to show the condition of the car when I was checking it. They told me I will not be charged for any damage smaller than a golf ball. Driving the car home after wiping the windscreen  I noticed a chip on the windscreen which was  definitely smaller than a golf ball and not obstructing the drivers view so I did not call them to report it. They also made me feel like they were waiting for me to close the shop so no point going back. When they came to collect the car they mentioned the windscreen chip and I explained the situation to them which they said they’d get back to me on. 1 hour after they took the car, enterprise took £550 out of my bank account without any explanation. Upon calling my bank they have advised me to cancel my cards as this is a fraudulent transaction. These people are calculated and will take as much money from you as they possibly can!!

Absolute legends here! Booked and pre-paid online, no issues during pick up,  and immediate return of deposit. Brand new vehicle, quality service.  Highly recommend and will be my new go to.
