DISGUSTED AND FURIOUS !
Hired a car two weeks ago and on the day the enterprise agent walked me around the car and pointed out small damage to the bumper saying "don't worry about that we know about it, it's under the size for recordable damage". Just returned the vehicle and now this damage is apparently over this supposed size. THEY HAVE KEPT MY £200 DEPOSIT and now charging me a further £50 damage.

Avoid this company... if this is how they do business and treat their customers. Probably stitched up the last person who hired it with the same trick. I will surely never return to Enterprise.

During my recent experience with the romford branch I met with 4  people. ( 3 counter staff and one behind the scenes? Sadly I don't remember any names but each of them were excellent, courteous and very knowledgeable. They, as much as the superb car made my whole experience  a very enjoyable event.

The vehicle was ready on time, staff were very accommodating offering to wait for me 10 mins after closing time as I was stuck in traffic.  All options were clearly explain with no pressure applied to take on extra options. The staff were very friendly and helpful all around.

Great service from the branch team all the way from being picked up at home to the drop off they provided after i returned the vehicle. Ben and the team are a credit to Enterprise
