Hired them for packing services & a house move. They worked tirelessly and were very polite & helpful, including dismantling and reassembling wardrobes in order to get them upstairs. Would very much recommend.

The removal men themselves were lovely, but the management have been very difficult to deal with. They charged my credit card without any prior notice and without my permission (having said they were taking my card details just as security). They charged more than the quote with no explanation or prior notice and refused to refund the difference even though I did not consent to the charges. I would recommend going with a more professional company.

The van they offered on the phone wasn't actually available when I arrived. So I had to take a much larger one that I felt uncomfortable with. The van also had a fault with the door which prevented me from locking the van. I took the van back for 6 hours until I was able to actually use the van. Nothing was done to repair the faulty door I then moved my goods that night but was faced with the problem of securing the vehicle over night. I attempted to park close to a fence to prevent access to the unsecured near side. I misjudged the distance and damaged the near side. On taking it back they said I would have to pay the £500 waiver for the minor cosmetic damages. Tread carefully with these guys they don't care about the customer.

If you take you vehicle here to be serviced, these guys will try to rip you off. Do not use them.
