Great service from Sixt at Liverpool airport. Pickup from drop off point 2 was very quick, the driver helped with loading and unloading our luggage, checkout was prompt and very efficient. The car was very clean, it did have some slight existing damage which was really accurately recorded and detailed in an email. Will definitely use this company again, their staff made the rental experience so much easier
Car fine, price fine, staff very friendly. No answer to number for shuttle bus to collect car and no service by SIXT to get folk back to airport when returning car after 4pm some days....advised to use local cab companies if required. Not great to be honest so just 4 stars on this occasion but I'll likely use SIXT here again and just hope it doesn't rain
Left me, my wife and two children under three stranded during the cold snap, despite assurances that the shuttle would be running at that time. Not located in Liverpool Airport, located on an industrial site twenty minutes away. Posted times are, according to Sixt's customer service, incorrect and need to be checked daily via phone call. If you have any desire for a reliable car service from Liverpool Airport then I would recommend any other service.
Booked a van with SIXT to move house. Process was good, their vans modern & top notch & excellent customer service. If I ever need to hire a van again, this will be the place i'll return too.
Really helpful staff, good cars, couldn't fault our experience with Sixt Liverpool and I will definitely use them again. Come out of the terminal, turn left, walk to pick up location 2 and call the company. We were told that the desk was in terminal by EasyJet, which wasted a bit of time, but once we spoke to the Sixt team, we were soon picked up and we were soon in the car on our way to the Lake District.
Great experience again with a great car! Surely we'll rent again from sixt. Best staff! Driver helped us load and unload with our luggage.
On Sundays the office hours are limited, which means returning the vehicle is not straightforward, you need to drop off your luggage at the airport first otherwise you will have a LONG walk with your cases and at Liverpool Airport you will have to pay for even a 5 minute drop off. And the walk is 12 minutes IF you are a fast walker, 15 minutes for a regular person, and who knows how long if you're pulling a suitcase behind you
My son traveled from crosby to liverpool airport return by taxifor a car that was fully reserved and told he could not be rented a vehicle as he had 1 point to many.but you still taken payment and have said 5 to 10 days for a refund.absolutely disgusting service and they even recommended a competitor for his business
The office was clean and bright. James who handled the rental and return was friendly, professional and helpful. I have already recommended sixt to other people. Great service.
After using other van hire companys, I had to use Sixt one time and wish I had always used them. Very easy with no hassle from booking to drop off, will be my first choice from now on.
