Renting a van or car is always nerve wracking! "Will my details be approved?", "Will it be easy to drive?", "Will it be supplied with any known damages?", "Have I taken out enough insurance?", "Will it be damaged while rented?!". Luckily for me, everything went smoothly. Even though I rented the van for 24 hours, it was returned as soon as the job was done in order to reduce my potential liabilities. Van was returned outside of office hours, so I parked on their premises and walked around the van recording a video of it's condition. A secure key drop off box is available on site.
Very poor service. Booked van the day for 9am today. Got call about 8.30 saying van is not available. Why you advertise and then if it’s not available. Ruined the day. Stay away from Eurocar unreliable people.
I rented a van whilst my car was in the garage, excellent customer service, quick pickup/handover and prices were great! Recommend*****
BE VERY VERY CAREFUL The lady in charge of managing the rentals seems charming at first glance but she will not hesitate in making additional charges. Under rather suspicious pretexts, you will end up paying considerably more than you should and they will not take any responsibility. I recommend that you look for another company. If you choose this one, you will end up with an empty wallet, albeit with a charming smile from the saleswoman. I hope that drastic measures will be taken against these people of "questionable ethics".

AVOID THESE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. After hiring a car from them in may, we have returned to Australia only to be sent a fine of £71.90 £1.90 fine, £30 late fee, £40 admin fee for a fine that occurred in Newcastle, while we were still sitting in their reception office in Liverpool waiting for them to clean the car and give us the keys to be on our way! Despite much evidence provided to prove this, they have charged our credit card for this fine without our permission. We are now seeking to block this fraud through our bank and escalate this up their complaints line. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
DO NOT BOOK FROM PHONE CALL WITH THEM. Booked a car from the customer service that was barely speak english >> took my money right away >> just to get a call that they don't have the car when we already on the way. We don't even receive any payment confirmation in our email, just in my bank transaction. 3 days after you even took 45 POUNDS from my account - while we didn't even touch the car omg. When we call to someone who barely speak english they said they don't have the record. The call always hung up in the middle of conversation for 4x. Frustrating, the worst, don't believe their big name. NEVER USE THEM
Hassle-free rental, with excellent customer service. Informed us about the optional extras without being pushy about them, which is the best approach. Car was clean and in fantastic condition. Will absolutely use again.

They were both absolutely superb in the way they treated me, both of them went ´above and beyond´ to make my car rental experience with Europcar exceptional. They did everything they possibly could to make amends for errors made by the central reservations team and as a result set me up for a perfect week long visit to Liverpool. If you´re hiring a car in Liverpool, come here, I 100% recommend, you will not be disappointed. See you again soon Europcar Liverpool.
Chris and his team could not have been more helpful after we were let down badly by the RAC. They arranged a car for us very quickly after hearing our story which was much appreciated as we had two children with us. We were met with friendly faces and they couldn't have been kinder. Thank you
