Plenty of parking but can be busy during the day but still alot of options for parking within a 5 min walk, train stations about a 10 minute walk ,place was spotless, staff were superb ,cinema screen picture and sound were top notch ,the 3D experience was great ,worth the extra dosh for the right movie,,couldn't fault it ,food was great aswell
Very enjoyable cinema experience. Just a pity there are no decent restaurants near it to make it a Good Day Out experience. The staff are helpful and the prices for admission are reasonable. Parking is great and free.
Small screen. Smelly surroundings. No seat allocation. Charged us an extra £6 at the till fine print at booking for “additional blockbuster uplift” in addition to standard ticket charges. No receipt provided. No wonder the cinema industry is dying. Will not be visiting Empire Cinema Clydebank again. Thanks for the experience.
My daughter's first trip to the cinema staff were so helpful, they let us store our pram and were patient with us while she had a little look around they had booster seats so she could see. Overall it was a very positive experience and we went to the kids club movie so the tickets were only £2.50!
Shows all films. Never too busy to get a seat. Two restaurants at the door and a mcdonalds outside also. There was a bit of a hissing noise from the speakers during the quiet bits of the film last time I visited in screen seven. Don't know if it's bad speakers or an anti piracy thing but it doesn't effect the rest of the film. As with all cinemas the confectionery you can buy here is overpriced. The one thing this cinema has that puts it ahead of others is that they still have melted butter on offer to pour over your popcorn. All other cinemas I have been to in many years have done away with the butter option. You can see 3D movies here too if the movie is released in 3D. They do not do 4D showings here but I prefer not to do the 4D ones anyway. Update: I have been to this cinema several times since the above review and have not heard the hissing noise again so the movie going experience is at least as good as any other cinema I have been to.
the seats were clatty the last time i was there but i went to see avatar 3d it wasnt stinky then so over all love it
Tried to call... Tried to email.. The first 20 minutes of Black Adam was blocked by front house lights.... Large popcorn large drink 1 ticket £21 Want to sit on dirty seats? Want to stand on sticky floors? Want to miss the 1st 20 mins of the movie? Want to have nobody to take responsibility? Come to Empire Clydebank guaranteed to ruin your favourite movie with no recourse. Needs refurbished You'll definitely be disappointed. Posted this over a month ago.... Empire doesn't care
The cinema is cheaper than others but very run down. The sign is falling off the front and the screens smell funny like damp. It's a real shame as less people are going to the cinema these days. However it did mean there were only 4 of us in the screen to watch the movie.
Hi All. Did the Halloween special of games and Hocus Pocus. My wife and I took my 7 year old and she had sooooo much fun. Great value for money. Great value on the family pop corn and the organisation by the staff was amazing. Definitely recommend it. Probably will go to the pj party soon. Thanks Again Xxxx
Was at this cinema the other day feeling fantastic before I sat on their disgusting seat's. As soon as I sat on them I started coughing all the way through the movie. Since going here I have been floored with some virus won't be going there again till they clean that place. The seat's are the same ones from when I was a wee lassy and they haven't been cleaned once.
