Overall, the cinema experience was good. The seats are very comfortable and make it easy to enjoy the movie. However, the sound quality could be improved, as it’s not as good compared to other cinemas. If they upgrade the audio, it would make the experience much better.
Great time seeing digital circus :the last act !nKatie served us and was fantastic remembering exactly how we took our drinks and was always 1 step ahead absolutely fantastic service that should be commended! Need more customer service team like her !
Wish we had something like this up near where we live. Absolutely loved being able to sit and put my feet up for a movie. Loads of leg room. Comfortable seats.
I like the Odeon because it has a good range of films and a wee cafe attached to it. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It is close to public transport stops and to the city centre and has excellent parking. There is a very good range of eating facilities in the Quay complex in which it is situated.nMore negatively, some of the reclining seats when I was there were making very loud and hideous sounds when the recline buttons were being used.nThis was massively annoying and distracting when people were operating the recline when e.g., going to the toilet in the middle of the film.nMy own seat was very lopsided - much lower on the right hand side than the left - which left me feeling very uncomfortable throughout the film.nSo a little more care and attention to the maintenance of seating would be better. Finally, it is too expensive. I was shocked when a single seat cost £16 and that was exacerbated when the actual seat proved so problematic.nDespite this, my overall view is that it is, a very good venue and very much worth a visit
Good place, fun to watch movies here. Only complaint is that our movie was planned to be watched at 9am, but when arriving at 8:30, we were told the venue opens at 9, which shocked us. How were we meant to get tickets and food? Then we saw someone open it at 8:50. Maybe set opening times on Google, so we can plan in advance! Other than that, fun experience watching with the family!
