Very helpful staff. I went specifically to this store, after phoning them for information the day before. The lady who answered on the phone was a great help, very knowledgable and even going to check that what I wanted was in stock. I purchased many Victorinox items. It was about an 80 mile journey for me to this outlet, but well worth it. My only slight concern is that some of the Victorinox items were not present, as I would have bought more. Will certainly go again, well worth the journey.

I had a great experience at GO Outdoors thanks to Liam. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable,I wasn’t sure what would be best for me, but Liam took the time to explain the options and made sure I left with the correct equipment. Really friendly and professional service – he made the whole process much easier. Thanks again, Liam!

Visited this branch about a week ago. Visited the other branch Coatbridge today and was so shocked at the appalling customer service there that it has prompted me to write this review. The Coatbridge branch was absolutely awful and a polar opposite experience to what I had at this branch last week. The staff here was friendly and polite and made me and my dogs feel welcome. There was a young man staff member in the store who had some dog biscuits on him and said he always keeps some in his pockets to give the dogs who come in a treat - I thought this was a lovely idea and very kind. Made us feel valued as customers. Will definitely return to this branch and will definitely never return to the other one!
