A wonderful place to bring children and dogs alike! There's woods, streams, fields of bracken, plain fields, bike paths, horse trails, and lots of wildlife to hear or see if you are quiet. The castle ruins are in good enough shape to give you a feel of its size, and a decent tearoom should you wish.

Great place for family time out. Take a packed lunch and enjoy the day. Wee cafe is great and very reasonable.

Great place to visit with loads of paths for walking, running or cycling. Good garden centre and choice of places for a refreshment

Lovely park though some paths/tracks overgrown. Fantastic views over the whole of Glasgow from many points. Ruins are interesting as is the visitor centre.

Always a good time to be had at the park. The kids love it, dogs love it, and judging by everybody's face they love it too.
