Found two wonderful evening dresses for a cruise. Received so many compliments on the gowns. Thank you Elsa Boutique for your wonderful service and advice. Felt like a model - not bad for a woman in her late 60’s.

Lovely service from all of the staff. Listened to my daughter and made her look and feel like a true princess .Her prom dress is something that still gets talked about and we are in owe of how incredibly gorgeous she looked on the night, we cannot thank Elsa Boutique staff enough for how warming, kind and very knowledgeable they all are there! Quality and prices are brilliant, made us feel very welcome considering my daughter is a plus size girl she was treated beautifully. Would highly recommend without a doubt. We shall see you in the future with my other girls in your new bigger and better boutique. x

Incredibly rushed and the staff don't really pay attention to what you ask for. Dresses are quite cheap but so is their quality. Was told the lace on the back of my dress was "meant to stick out slightly" and that it would look fine on the night. Whilst adjusting the straps with a professional seamstress, she informed me that the lace was DEFINITELY not appropriately sewn into the dress correctly. The staff are not only uninformed but seemingly see you as not someone who is looking for a dress for a special occasion - just a cheque at a counter. When simply asking if a return was possible, my brother was met with a rude and inappropriate manner from the staff - before he could even get a word in. Simply meh. Will not be coming back.
