Great Service when in the shop but they never answers the phone. plus their tailor at Broad-marsh was recommended by the ladies department in Nottingham when  I purchased some Victoria Beckham trousers. I asked the tailor if he could alter the waist and i would come back with my shoes so he could complete the hem on the legs .. i went back a week later he had not done any alterations, the shop was dirty, the trousers were cream, he was rude and i then when i quested him he said he wasn't going to do the alterations anymore, i then had to find a alternative tailor which i did in the arcade who was excellent. I have tried to call flannels regarding this but they never pick up the phone.

Good shop as always at leats most of the time end up buying there something really decent! Good choice even though store it's average small but service and choice are great!
