I bought a baby seat for my granddaughter for my car as I look after her several days a week. Recently I went on holiday so the lady looking after Raya for the week borrowed the chair for her car. Not being technically minded I rang Mothercare to ask if they would put it back in. They refused as I had not got my receipt- even though it is a Mothercare brand seat. They suggested I went to Halfords as they would fit any car seat at no cost. I have lost faith in Mothercare!!

Great place to buy all essential things for your babies. Love it, great customer service.

Good size store. Very knowledgeable on the prams (at least the SilverCross models). Great Clarks section at the back. A bit pricey but have a few offers on throughout the year. Also like how this store is included with the Expectant Parent Events. Never busy when I've been.
