I truly had the most amazing experience here which every bride deserves to have, all of the staff are lovely and made me feel at ease and very welcome from the moment i arrived unlike some wedding dress shops I've previously been too. As soon as I walked in I knew I was going to find my perfect dress here. A huge thank you to everyone at beautiful brides for helping me find the most amazing dress!! I can't wait to try my dress on again once it's arrives! Would highly recommend to anyone who's getting married, you won't be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Beautiful Brides after the excellent service I received this week. They arranged to get a dress in that I had been struggling to find, and were incredibly helpful and polite each time I talked to them prior to my appointment. At the appointment everyone was so helpful and made us feel totally at ease. We were there for a few hours, encouraged to try as many dresses as I wanted and never once felt rushed or pressured. They made the whole experience a really lovely one.

An amazing selection to choose from, you can definitely see the dresses are of good quality! Very professional. I had no idea which dress would suit me, But I can say they were very patient and helpful. Thank you! Absolutely thrilled with my dress x

From the very beginning I started communication with the shop, I was treated with an extremely patronising tone. The woman working there has a very unpleasant manner and me and my friend felt really uncomfortable the whole time at the shop. She started off by interrogating me for about 15 minutes about the bridal shops I had already been to, and many other question which no other shop asked me and I went to about 7-8 shops while searching for my dream dress. Needless to say I found another shop with a very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Of course, I emailed Beautiful Brides with my decision. A day later I received a phone call from that same woman, asking why I didn't buy a dress from her shop. When I told her the reason was that I found that same dress I had tried on there for much less money elsewhere, she started arguing that this wasn't possible. That's when I told her I didn't need to explain any further and wished her a good day. I'd probably leave a better feedback but this phone call really worsened my experience with Beautiful Brides.

This is a 5* experience. My assistant really went out of her way to help me choose my perfect wedding dress. Highly recommended.
