We have been to this place a few times now. Very friendly staff and perfect food accommodating for everyone’s needs. We are from a Chichester but this is the best restaurant we have been to. The quality of food is brilliant. Thank you to all the staff at Elmer Tabdoori.

Dreadful service.. don't go here if you expect the staff to take any notice. Apart from poppadoms it took an hour and a half to get any food. The toilets are grubby and there was nothing to dry your hands with.. it was stiflingly hot..

A group of me and 5 others went out to dinner here Saturday 3rd February, at about 5.30 and ordered at 6 and there was 2 other couples here so it was very quiet. We got some narm bread that they said was 'free' about 15 minutes after we ordered which was fine. We ordered our mains with the narm bread so we suspected that it wouldn't be long till it arrived. We waited without exaggerating for 2hours and 20 minutes! They kept bringing out other food for other poeples tables and we kept asking how long it would be and they kept saying 'oh not too long now. About 10-15 mind' over and over again. The only reason it wasn't too bad is that the food was very good to be fair. But that does not excuse the ridiculous waiting time for our food. The price was not too bad but there wasn't much really, the portions were quite small and only a decent size as we ordered rice with it. Overall im not lying when i say it was THE worst restaurant experience of my life simply as they didn't say that it would be a long wait i mean they even said when we ordered that it wouldn't be too long and our food will be with us shortly! Which is just so stupid for them to say that! The wait was so bad in fact, that 2 of the tables next to us noticed how long we had been waiting for and they both left! I would not recommend comming here unless you don't mind waiting a very long time! The food was very good but the waiting time definitely outweighs that for the experience as a whole. Also although the food was very good i must say, it was just about warm, it wasn't hot and seemed like it had been left on the side for about 10 to 15 minutes. Like if we had left the food on our table before eating it for about 5 minutes then it would have gone cold. If anyone else has experienced this or even the opposite then do please tell me because as i said i would love to go there again as the food was great just the time of it was stupid.
