Very clean room and the bed is very comfy. In terms of room amenities you cannot go wrong; powerful shower, hair dryer, iron all in room. Coming out of the hotel you are literally 30 seconds away from the sea front which makes for a lovely walk. The hotel does have a pool but it's not very big. The receptionist is very lovely and cannot do more for you.

It's clean and tidy. Close to the beach. Never struggled for parking. A small 7x5m pool which is clean and well maintained. Rooms are clean, bathrooms clean. Tea and coffee in rooms too. Restaurant is a bit pricey but food is fine. Overall its safe and fine but doesn't blow your socks off.

Superb location - they are next to the beach with rooms that have great views of the channel. Though they look like a dated property, the rooms are comfortable and the service is awesome. We loved their heated indoor pool and the breakfast was great too. They had the best Vegetarian sausages ever! Actual vegetables with a potato base and not something made to mimic meat.

Friendly helpful staff at a lovely location. Breakfast was nice and our room was comfortable but also a little dirty. Could have done with a better clean. Would stay here again though. Great for a day trip to Butlins.

Pleasant hotel with attentive staff. The room needed a couple of items maintained, but that did not detract from the experience. Breakfast was good but not excellent. The view from the room was fabulous. Room decor was very good. Bed comfortable. TV and Internet excellent.
