Excellent service! Kane or one of the other drivers often help with picking up our son from boarding school and bringing him home. They are always at school early, well mannered and look smart. We know our son is safe with them.

Booked 2 cars to pick up from a wedding on a Saturday night and they simply didn't bother to turn up. They had contact details but didnt try and call. Would give no stars if it was possible. The worst kind of company. Avoid like the plague.

Michael, Kane and team provide a superb level of professional and highly personalised service - they are my absolute GO TO team for transport to and from Heathrow at all hours of the day!
I do a lot of work with high value clients from South East Asia. I only use Elite cars. The cars are of a high spec, always immaculate and the drivers punctual and polite. I have used Elite cars for more than two years now and have always been more than satisfied with their professionalism. Excellent service hence the five star rating.
I don't rate this company at all but I had to put 1 star. We used them on a couple of occasions for a very important client from Dubai, who happened to be an elderly gentleman & being in a foreign country, we wanted to make his stay & travel here as comfortable & easy as possible. The gentleman asked me to use his personal credit card to make payment over the telephone to Elite cars as his English wasn't the best, which I did. He required a VAT receipt from the card machine which I kindly requested via email to forward onto him, on numerous occasions to no avail! The emails were being read, yet no response was made. Our poor client was chasing the receipt for him to claim it back from his company & with the language barrier it very hard to explain why such a mundane task was not met by Elite. Surely they themselves require to keep the receipts in an order, so scanning 1 in & emailing it to us, to me does not seem like a hard task to fulfill at all. Very, VERY disappointed with this company, that I would not use them again! Even after sending an email stating how disappointed we were, I have still had no response from them,,, disgusting for a supposed professional company I don't think, they would of had an extreme amount of work from us too, so more fool them,, Idiots!
I'm the commercial manager of a store in bicester village. I initially used elite primarily for airport runs for business trips. Over the last two years they have proven to be so reliable, professional and accommodating that I referred them to my head office. Not only that but if I have family visiting from Ireland, I will only use elite. I can't say more than that really. Exceptional at what they do.
