Great food and super service! I have an allergy to nuts but was taken care of and felt really comfortable eating here. Staff were so friendly and restaurant had a great vibe. Would definitely recommend

The service was great and the venue felt like a tapas restaurant in Spain. I've had tapas all over the world though and these were extremely basic. They tasted fine but did nothing to stand out.
Super stuff at el Porton! The staff are friendly and helpful, the selection is great and the food is fantastic. Absolutely loved the grilled chorizo of course. In pure tapas style, the food is brought to the table all at once, and quite quickly. Very authentic :
Having lived in Spain for 5yrs, this was like going 'home'. Sangria was authentic and the food was out of this world. Service was excellent and the lady who served us was also Spanish. Would highly recommend
Nice tapas place. Some portions are generous albóndigas, patatas, bread whereas others were a bit smaller the tabla mixta wasn't big. The place serves reasonable Spanish tapas given the location and value for money was good. Staff is friendly. Service was reasonably fast despite it being rather busy.
Staying at the lamp house dining rooms and googled for local restaurants. El Porton came up on tripadvisor and it certainly matched the rave reviews! Lovely friendly staff, superb menu with excellent range of tapas and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
