It's only a small shop. I was picking up a new phone and thought the lad would help me to set it up and swap my details over. No chance, just gave me the boxed phone and sent me on my way. It wasn't difficult to set the new phone up but I thought he might've offered.

Excellent customer service from the EE store, thanks to Amy who helped me pick a new phone, new contract, and switch from o2 to EE in one easy process.

Very polite and helpful staff nothing to much for them helped me set up my new upgrade device in no time excellent customer service.

I went in to EE Teesside Park today 8th July with a friend who wanted a new phone. We were  attended to by a lovely young man called Johnny, he couldn’t have done more to help my friend get her new phone and set it up.  He was extremely courteous particularly when asking her to confirm her age!!! We are both in our mid/late 70’s and it was so nice not to be baffled by technical jargon. He is a credit to EE.

Terrible told to go and come back in 25 minutes for an upgrade waited inside for 15 minutes to get told can’t do upgrade cause the shop is shutting if they had more staff they could of easily done it in time
