Awful experience. Bought a software (bluebeam) from them. First time i buy a software and it's not available straight away after purchasing. Really bad customer services when i contacted them they said i should have ordered earlier if i needed it urgent. Also when i tried to cancel the order and ask for a refund, they said that would cost 30% of the product. None of this was told to me when i bought the product. They charge extra for credit cards. After i wrote the above review, they wrote me the following threat: Kindly remove the false and malicious review otherwise be prepared for potential litigation and damages. The reason we write reviews is to share our experience and help other people not to make the same mistakes. I expected the software straight away, but it took 23h to get it, few emails asking when would i get it with no definitive time confirmed and later the threatening email leaving me shaken. Not good customer service. They keep bugging me to remove the review or change the content. I will copy here what they say, which i didnt see when i bought the product. Usually you expect to say when you will receive the item before you click pay.: With online order when customer checks-out, it is stated on our web site that delivery can take up 3-days. In your case order was delivered within 24-hours. Bluebeam are USA based company where order placed after 4:00pm today will be processed here in the morning and will be delivered by later on the day i.e. USA office time. This can genuinely take 24-hours or more is some cases. So there you go, if you expect a software immediately, dont buy here. if you dont mind, then do. And dont post a bad review as they will write you many times to remove it.

TCS helped me set up my AutoCAD products which can be a frustrating process and really went out of their way to help. Proper customer service is a rare thing and I can only say that TCS really do know how to achieve it. Highly recommended
