Appalling customer service on the returns counter at the Stockton branch. A lady called Patricia, couldn't identify the other lady as there wasn't a name badge. Staff need urgent training.nnI returned an online order for a microwave that had some corrosion on the steel when I opened it.nnAfter waiting ten minutes at the returns counter I was finally called over. During the wait I could see four members of staff just walking around in close proximity avoiding eye contact.nnThe first lady I dealt with on the returns counter said I could go and choose another microwave. I stated I just wanted the exact same one and just an exchange.nnI awkwardly stood for a while and she said I would have to go and get it myself. I was dumfounded. I asked shouldn't a member of staff warehouse go and get it no idea where it would be etc. The lady replied all staff are busy. I could literally see staff doing nothing at the time, all in plain sight and so could she!nnI eventually fetched the microwave and dealt with another lady called Patricia. She asked if I would like to see the manager after I complained about the poor customer service. I think she could sense my frustration. She then stated that her colleague had a disability in a tone that insinuated that I was beastly for presuming that a new replacement should be brought to the counter. I replied I didn't ask her as I could see she was serving. I stated that I thought she would radio for one of the warehouse team to assist.nnPatricia said all available staff were busy. I could see staff busy talking to other colleagues, checking their phones and skulking behind shop floor displays.
When I went to your company to buy a color printer today, I asked your employees whether the newly purchased printer would contain ink? Your company’s employees explained that they don’t have it and that they need to purchase additional items. I ended up buying a set with colored and black inks, but when I got home I found that the new product already came with a set of inks. I don't mind buying an extra set of inks for replacement, but your employees did this. After this experience I will not be returning. The employee who helped me is named Daran.
Bought a smart watch which had to be ordered and collected later. All went smoothly and arrived as expected. Unfortunately when I collected it i was served by the most miserable woman who would be much better suited to the role of Traffic Warden, rather than customer service.
I ordered an electronic device online in the early morning and 1:00 p.m. I had an email to say my order was ready. I went in and picked it up immediately. I was very happy.
Got a good deal today on a TV. It was a shame it was the wrong one, very similar, but the older chap that sold it to us was certain this one was the one we looked at on the shop floor. I should have opened it up there and then. Just make sure you double-double check for yourself as clearly the salesman at this time can't be relied upon, or he was just trying to get rid of us and some old stock at the same time.
