Benefit Cosmetics Department within Boots Chemist Teesside Park ~ I would like to bring to your attention the BRILLIANT service we received from Suzie and Emma today. On a dreadful wet day for Christmas shopping we went to the Benefit dept in search of a gift for our 15 year old niece. Suzie was so pleasant and helpful ~ a smile on her face all the time. We were very happy with her advice and so purchased the said gift. Nowadays I think it is so important to give praise ~ far to many people complain. The amount of places you go into and staff just ignore you ~ or are unhelpful is very disappointing. Manners cost nothing. If we received the same care and attention as we did today life would be so much easier. Boots/Benefit are so lucky to have such wonderful members of staff. Have a wonderful Christmas I know one young lady who will enjoy her gift.Thank you.  Keep smiling ~ Mo.

Great place and it is a big size so it has a lot of stock.
