Extremely well stocked and vibrant store. Super clean and tidy plus well organised and easy to walk round. Staff, as usual, really helpful and approachable. Toilets and baby change at rear of shop as well and good store security on the door. Only negative point was that it took a very long time to actually be able to get into Boots because it has no pedestrian crossing down that section of road to get you from the carpark to the entrance. After waiting for a gap in the busy traffic we gave up and walked further down the car park to the pedestrian crossing, meaning that we had to double back on ourselves and walk away from the shop to actually get to it. Stupid road layout and quite dangerous but that's Teesside Park management for you.

Lovely big store. Great fragrance section. Also, makeup counters with really helpful assistants. We also browsed hair products, skincare, and foot care.

Had my brows laminated by Jess at Benefit. Such a lovely experience, so friendly and put me at ease. Completed the lamination really professionally, explaining every step, taking care to ask my opinion on shape /colour etc. turned out amazing would recommend!
