Overall very nice stay. Room was a good size with all the usual amenities, bed comfortable with plenty of choice of pillows. Included in the stay was access to the leisure centre with pool, gym and sauna which were very good. Quiet location but with good transport link to the centre (#26 bus). Only criticism is that the bar closed earlier than advertised each night, but it was quiet so understandable.

Very helpful receptionist. Nice public areas. Bedroom clean though carpet requires replacing. Bed very comfortable. Although not in centre of town, taxi in was pretty reasonable. Enjoyable breakfast, though not as extensive as Leonardo Royal near Haymarket. Big let down was leisure centre. Booked this hotel specifically to chill in pool while hubby was at the rugby. Although pool was warm and lockers looked new, the changing room was really filthy. Not just a few days dirt. Hair floating in sink, dust and fluff around emergency button.floor needed a deep clean..etc And no jacuzzi. Very disappointing. If pool was upgraded and cleaning was improved I would go back because the views over Edinburgh from the breakfast room are wonderful.

Stayed as overnight guest, large comfortable room with bathtub in bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, ample parking, nice gym with plenty of equipment, gym area a little cramped but they have made full use of the space available. Nice sized changing rooms, lovely pool area with sauna and steam room, would really benefit from a jacuzzi too. Tasty breakfast, nice selection on offer. Overall well presented and very well priced. Well done. Would definitely stay again.

Good room sizes, comfortable beds. Restaurant food is good if a little limited. Unfortunately the restaurant always seems cold. Other than that a very pleasant place.

What a fantastic place. Staff were really friendly and helpful and our room was clean and well looked after. Food was amazing. Only drawback was the door key didn't work sometimes but was sorted immediately. Would definitely be going back.
