Highly recommend this guest house.  Very friendly owners.  Great breakfast and the bed room is very clean. My next trip back to Edingburgh, I must revisit this place.

Very friendly owners. The rooms are very clean. And a very good breakfast.
And the beds are also very comfortable.

Very kind owners and car parking for customers. Clean rooms. Negative: Smell of humidity in the room, noise from the road , no heat from 22:00 untill the morning (all the night) and mulfunction of the water in the bath.
