Rooms are excellent. Food is some of the best I’ve had here in Scotland. The people are the best part, I would stay here again. Park at the train depot for free, 5 minutes walk to the hotel.visit the wine shop across the street and take the train to the city for easy access.
If you want amazing food at a good price, this is where to come.nBest food I've had in a pub/ hotel in years.nWe had lovely service too.nNext time I visit relatives around here guess where we are going for food.
We popped in for evening meal and it was delicious the fish was excellent and would recommend this place definitely visit again
Food only. Not the most welcoming of staff, appreciating it was busy. However felt like asking for anything from menu to ice was a chore. At £50, meal for two for average food, I certainly wouldn't rush back, it's nice to feel your custom is welcome.
Great find this on my walk around the village. Lovely staff happy to have a chat. Bright and clean beer garden. Madri £5.15 a pint
