This is how it arrive to the house, my sister ordered this from Massachusetts, the store in Birmingham Alabama is 15 miles from the house but it took five days to get here. If they would have call I could have come after it. They had my number

You guys are the Best!! I ordered for Father’s Day and My mothers Birthday this morning and my arrangement was just delivered on such short notice! My mother loves it! Flowers  cookies  and Brownies! I’m in Louisiana , Once again thank you for excellent and prompt service  I would highly recommend your company!!

A Hair was found in the chocolate covered strawberries, and they apparently don’t sell banana anything during holidays?? But that’s fine I can get over that but not them not wearing masks, OR GLOVES!!! They picked out our food not wearing either, and the strawberries where very clearly old and pruned. Will never go back again. Their prices are also outrageous.

Fruit was not fresh at all.  Strawberries were mushy but covered in Dark chocolate requested milk chocolate  pineapples old, you can smell the wine like and taste flavor of old fruit. Just a total disaster.  Phone lines don't work to speak with a manager.

Ordered a fresh fruit arrangement, for death of a family member, out of state.  Had excellent delivery service.

Super kind, flexible and hospitable! Definitely people who care about having your business! Needed them last minute and Jeremy tried his best to make it happen for my loved one. :

Wilting flowers, bad melting strawberries, card to someone I don't know and not card I ordered , it was Valentine to Ron ,,I ordered aniversary to my wife not anything to ron,,, everything about the order was wrong and spoiled, save your money go to Walmart and they don't refund

I gave them the wrong address by mistake. They still delivered on time. Thanks,  I really appreciate you all. Wow,  I'm so sorry for that I apologize. This is the best store ever....#1595 is the best
