Warm welcome. Nice spacious reception area but rooms are tiny - on 4th floor anyway. Lots of places nearby if you don't want to eat in hotel. Rooms would benefit from slight upgrading but are clean and tidy and beds are comfy.
Small rooms but fairly comfortable if the price hadn't included dinner and breakfast would have said not worth it. Staff are all friendly and helpful and evening meal was good. Breakfast is self service hot plate but was nice.
Lovely pleasant night. Stayed here 1 night before onto Cake International at Nec Birmingham. Staff friendly and room was clean and pleasant. Plus a lovely breakfast. Thank you to the staff of the Hallmark Hotel Birmingham, for making my stay welcome and pleasant.
I love this hotel. They have nice breakfast, and everything is spotless clean. First time we visited it seven years ago, and it was a nice experience too. Hotel have its own parking lot outside, and a roofed parking too with direct access from the elevators. Free for the guests, what is very convenient.
Enjoyable chilled afternoon especially being Easter Sunday. Staff were lovely & food was tasty. Bring a takeaway box if you think you cant eat it all as they dont offer this.
The staff were very pleasant indeed. I was upgraded straight away, my room was clean and fresh. No complaints whatsoever, and parking is easy too, remember to register your vehicle's details upon arrival. I had a very pleasant stay,and a big Thank You to the chambermaids who were polite and made sure my room was clean.
I went to Hallmark hotel for an afternoon tea. Service was outstanding, staff were efficient and friendly. Atmosphere was classy, professional yet equally calm/relaxing. The afternoon tea refreshments were lovely
