My partner bought a Jade plant here as a gift for me but unfortunately it has so much root rot that it's been a waste. The leaves drop off at the slightest touch, the branches are soft and I've had to cut off so many branches to save it, that it's half the size it originally was. Sold for £12.99, really disappointing and wouldn't trust buying a plant from here again. I'm also sad you sold someone a clearly rotting plant!
Although they have some stunning bunches of flowers and lovely service, I think they're ridiculously overpriced for what you're getting. They're small in size in terms of cost and they don't last long. I bought 2 bunches, one for £30 and another for £20 for a graduation back in January and they both died within a week in two separate households. Usually flowers from a florist last 2-3 weeks with water changes and trimming every few days, these didn't. Just a waste of money and disappointment to be honest, unfortunately.
It's a shame that out of 9/10 times I've gone into this shop I've left without buying anything because I've not had a good experience when needing some help. Went to a local florist instead where I was made to feel welcome and valued as a customer

We had a last-minute birthday notice on Friday, 21st July, and went to Ethos to arrange flowers, a card, and chocolate. Everything was in one place, all arranged by Vicki. A lovely bunch of flowers and a nice box of chocolates prepared in good time and ready for collection. Value for money. Very good customer service. I will definitely recommend Ethos.

I have ordered from Ethos flowers twice and both bouquets have been gorgeous. The second time I ordered I emailed Ethos to see if I could request flowers that were suitable for an home with a cat. Vicki was very professional and helpful with my query. I placed my order and the flowers were delivered on the same day and they are beautiful. Thank you so much!
We got married last Saturday and our florist cancelled the Thursday before, leaving us scrapping around to find a replacement florist two days before the wedding! Ethos slotted in brilliantly and saved the day! The flowers they arranged were perfect and done at such short notice. Highly recommend.
Called and ordered flowers to be delivered to a restuarant in town for a friend who has having a birthday lunch. A beautiful bouquet was delivered within 2 hours of my call. Super impressive service. Pics are 8 days after purchase!
On a wet Wednesday, I arrived at ethos to be greeted by an amazing smile and warm welcome. All safety precautions were in place and I picked up 4 stunning arrangements. I couldn't have been happier. Just perfect. Thank you
