Came today on my birthday to purchase the home kit after many failed attempts in the last few weeks only to find they still aren’t stocking the women’s shirts. People on the shop floor weren’t very helpful so I asked to speak to a manager who was even less helpful. For the club that we are becoming I’d really have hoped the customer service would reflect this but she was so unhelpful and uninterested in the whole situation it has really ruined my day.
Wonderful place. Went for just a look today but will be back for purchases. Loved reading the history of the club and seeing some old familiar faces.
Very disappointed as shop would not exchange a child’s shirt for a bigger size without receipt which was accidentally lost. Had tags on still and had transaction details on online banking. Have spent a lot of money in store but will not be purchasing from here again!

The usual high prices and being expected to advertise a product under the guise of sponsorship. Why can't we have a choice of plain front or sponsorship logo? And extra money for the champions league arm badge, total rip off.
Great store for an Aston Villa fan. Merchandise galore of the club's wares. Some good bargains in the sales. The store was busy, but there was sufficient staff to cope with this.
Been waiting 12 days for 1 item to be delivered to france. Still waiting! Other uk companies manage to deliver in 2/3 days
