Excellent service and free delivery. I ordered a hand tie bouquet and it was perfect. Great communication throughout, from what I wanted to arrangements for the delivery. I attach a photo from after I put them into a vase and another showing how they looked on delivery. Will order from them again.

Lovely flowers and fantastic service. My friends ordered me flowers for my Birthday when they came they were all fresh in a  lovely arrangement and the courier was super friendly. Would defiantly recommend.

Very disappointed to have paid £39 for a fruit basket for a friend and the delivery did not represent what was advertised on the website.  I enclose photos. I did try and flag this with the owner and we spoke over the phone but she couldn't see my point, got quite rude with me and ended up putting the phone down on me.

Petals of Piccadilly are my go to for gifts and also to arrange flowers for my house. Lisa is very helpful and shows the utmost professionalism.  She takes care to understand what you are looking for and keeps me updated throughout with delivery times and even pictures of the finished arrangements. Highly recommend.

I ordered one of the more expensive bouquets from the web site for my wife.  I received a call to say they couldn't fulfil this exactly  due to demand for Valentines Day.  We had a chat and reconfigured the delivery to my full satisfaction.  Very personal service - impressed.
