Last week I was being treated to a night's stay at a rather luxurious central City Hotel and I wanted to show my appreciation through a very special arrangement of flowers.  Petals of Piccadilly’s website stood out for me following a Google search. And whilst my initial choice wasn’t possible in the time I’d given myself, Lisa listened to what I wanted to achieve and came up with an even better selection of flowers…  A hand-tied arrangement of Pink Lilies and Roses that would look lovely and have a wonderful fragrance too.  I was blown away by the end result and by the superb customer service that Lisa provided. And I know how much my very generous friend appreciated the flowers too. I couldn't be happier.

I arranged for a hand tied bouquet to be delivered to a family member in Birmingham. I avoided the big companies as I wanted a specific request and spoke to Lisa Snow directly. So glad I made this choice as she was professional, understanding and adaptable. She listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions.  Above all the beautiful flowers were delivered on time and in perfect condition. The best gift in these challenging times. I highly recommend Petals for a  great personal service and quality flowers. Amazing service from Lisa! I was travelling when I stopped by to order some flowers from delivery as I don’t live in the city, and Lisa was able to not only construct a bouquet to all my requirements but advise me when the freshest flowers would be in for my needs and plan delivery around that. The morning of delivery she even sent me a photo of the bouquet to check I’d be happy before they went out for delivery, and the recipient was so pleased! I couldn’t recommend them more, the best service I’ve received in any establishment!

I ordered online from the US. The site was easy to navigate and I had no issues. Petals of Piccadilly emailed me the next day because the Tropical arrangement I chose was not available due to Covid19 restrictions. Lisa assured me that a different bouquet would be lovely and I was quite pleased with the service. My niece arrived home to a wonderful birthday surprise so I was happy. Job well done.

Outstanding service, reasonably priced and amazing quality. Fantastic from the outset, making a huge effort to decorate the bouquet exactly how I wanted them. We ordered two lovely large bouquets for a family funeral, which were beautifully presented and brought light, colour and happiness to a sad occasion. Real attention to detail, a personal touch and great customer service, with the flowers remaining vibrant and radient for a number of weeks. A job well done. Thank you.

I ordered one of the more expensive bouquets from the web site for my wife.  I received a call to say they couldn't fulfil this exactly  due to demand for Valentines Day.  We had a chat and reconfigured the delivery to my full satisfaction.  Very personal service - impressed.

What an absolutely fantastic service I received from Lisa during these difficult and unprecedented times! Even though the shop was not open, she managed to fulfil my order with extreme ease and professionalism... even down to the fact of personally contacting myself and sending me pictures! The end product, which is needless to say was amazing and made my special someone very happy! Credit to you and your business, I can not recommend you enough... and I will certainly be using you in the future! Thank you again, truly brilliant!

In my experience the best florist in Birmingham! Good old-fashioned sincere and friendly service. Having walked in off the street a little flustered and looking for something special for a wedding I was quickly helped to exactly what I wanted. Many thanks to Dave for being a top bloke.
