I purchased a car of them in January only to after 2 days of having it the heating stopped working then the tyre pressure light came on and it was making funny noises when the engine was turned off like a ticking noise! So I asked for them to fix it and they took it back and fixed the heating and put air in tyre and said it all seemed fine so I took it away again, about 4 days later the heating broke AGAIN! So phoned them back and told them I wanted a new car all together as I wasnt happy with this one anymore and they were happy to do so. I picked my new car and everything was good to go end of February… it’s now the 9th of march and I’ve still not got the new car!! There was work to get done to it and was told on multiple occasions that it would be a certain day last Wednesday then this Tuesday then today and I’ve just had a phone call saying it won’t be ready now till next week as it’s not running properly!!  The woman just turned round and said that I could unwind the contract if I wanted?? Like what! I said I need a car do you have any that are working then she just said ”do you know what just bring my car back your not getting the new one and I’m not dealing with you anymore”  ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! This is hands down one of the worst company’s I have ever dealt with customer service is a joke and I’ve been palmed off so many times and been driving about in a car thats unsafe and has no heating and I have 2 children 1 who is severely asthmatic!!

Just got my new car yesterday. Very friendly staff,also lots of different kind of cars to choose from. Fairly priced and the process of getting finance is explained from start to finish. Not got the best credit score but that didn't matter. Car came with 1 years mot also.thanks again Fiona for all your help picking my new car

I recently bought a car from this company December 2022 the lovely girl stayed behind too let me collect the car. I got the car home too find a rumble noise from the front end of the car I contacted Eastfield car sales and I was given an option get it repaired with them or use their local garage they use. I booked it in to the local garage and the car was repaired no hassle at all I for sure will be back to Eastfield car sales in Glasgow if I require another car Great Service no Hastle and lovely staff from Management  To Receptionist car mechanic to valeter recommend this company too anyone.

Nice Cars  recommend others go there as they are all really good Cars decent prices.

What can i say if i could give 10stars id give them went above and beyond to help me out issue with car resolved and able to take to my local garage as i live outwith the area absolutely fantastic service from start highly recommend

They're great until you have a problem as soon as I wanted to return the car they totally changed from the nice people that I knew and made me shell out money for two independent report's listing the car's faults so be careful when buying take your own mechanic with you and make sure they haven't put sticky tape over a cracked bumper in life you live and learn so don't make the same mistakes I did steer clear.

Don’t touch with a barge pole.If you want a car that’s always breaking down,then this is the place for you.If you have existing problems they’ll tell you it’s sorted and give you car back when the problem is still there.they don’t honour the warranty either.and the owner is is very rude and abrupt.she’s obviously trained the mechanics well to,bunch of cowboys.
