Fresh and delicious food. Their set lunch menu offers wide variety of choices for £9.95 for 2 courses and served up with generous portions. Not many restaurants were opened for lunch in Brick Lane. This one was and it was a good choice. Will definitely come again and I highly recommend this restaurant.
I was coming from the gym and I passed by the restaurant.. They had a promotion for the period of lunch time 11.95 one start and one main course. So I decided to try... I choose the vegetable samosas as starter and as main I choose the the mushroom rice with Dall lentil and another vegetable dish... The food was lovely very tasty and the server was also very nice... I will definitely come back to this restaurant to try more dishes... I definitely recommend it!
Came here for dinner with friends. Reasonable cost for food and drink. If you ask at door for any deals then you might be tempted in with a special deal - money off etc. Worth an ask. Staff friendly and helpful. Toilet is located down in the basement down some stairs.
Delicious! Owners were very nice, and hot! The looks of the food made my mouth so wet. I was basically drooling on the table. Every bite I tremored. The texture was great meat covered in the best sauce. I was able to taste all the flavors of India tonight and I’ll definitely be back for more
This was a new restaurant we tried very nice Food was very good spices that you could taste one of our best ones we have been to they have four restaurants in the street brick lane dose have a variety of different areas of Indian with different tastes we are going back next week and will be trying a different one
I had went with my friend and we ordered chicken and mutton biryani. The food had no flavour and the chickens texture was dry and rough.
Very nice food, and friendly staff, highly recommended.Food: 5/5
We were strolling down brick lane looking for a restaurant to eat at for Christmas lunch. We were drawn into Eastern Eye by the extremely friendly host outside and the clean appearance. The food was delicious but unfortunately the service left everything to be desired. Our waiter was rude, disgruntled and offered zero help with the menu. Other tables had water but we were offered none during our meal. Our server was more interested in his phone and chatting with his buddies coming into the restaurant than checking on us. No one checked on us during our meal, servers bumped my chair while passing by without offering apologies. The food was great but our experience would have been better getting take away and eating in our hotel room.
Yesterday, I ate here and Kashem the nice man who served me was extremely polite and I really enjoyed my food. 10/10 experience and would really really recommend to others who want to enjoy their meals. I also really appreciate the owner as he really made the restaurant run smoothly and his skills make the business successful and I suggest that he stays there all his life.
