Good choice of food options and very good service. Some were better tasting to others. The fried Nethali was excellent, the parotta and fish curry was good but the fish might have been frozen. The puttu wasn't very good, felt rather powdery and possibly made with desiccated coconut.
It was my second visit and was not dissapointed as usual, tried porotta beef fry,chicken 65, chicken roast and nethooli fry. I liked the crispnes of nethooli fry. We reached there almost at the closing time, even then the porotta was hot and fluffy. A must try place for all authentic kerala food lovers
All items we ordered were fantastic and incredibly good value for money! There really wasn't a single "meh" dish, let alone a bad one. Each one could have been the main item of dinner. Highly recommend the netholi fish fry, nadan chicken, avoli fish fry, and mutton kurma. They were all perfectly done. Everything else was also delicious but are good in most other places too. The only reason they lost a star was because they didn't have a lot of items on the menu. Though I don't mind a more restricted menu if it means all the food is consistently this delicious! Will definitely be coming back again!
Best in the town for South Indian, 'Kerala' food. Authentic Kerala food such as beef fry, chicken curry, fish & vegetable curry s. Beverages are available including hot drinks. Three minutes walk from the East Ham train station.
A decent place to get absolute Kerala food. I have tried it for the first time and I liked all the items we have ordered except the Alleppey fish curry; not a fan of fish curry anyway. I am going to visit the place some time soon again to try out more dishes.
Loved the taste of authentic kerala food. Good customer service even though there is bit of a delay for your order to be served.
My friends and I visited your restaurant today and were appalled by the behavior of one of your staff members. We had one server taking our orders when suddenly a man from the kitchen came out and began shouting at him, using foul language. Thank goodness we had not brought our children with us, as this was a disheartening experience for us. We hope that you take steps to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future. We are sure that you value good customer service and would hate for such an incident to happen again. I would be grateful if you could provide me with an explanation as to why this happened, as well as assurances that similar incidents will not occur in the future
Food consistently good. Always busy, which is why one would consider they have more than one person taking orders. Food coming out of the kitchen is still quick. Can wait up to 30 minutes on weekends for a table. The washroom is tiny and getting to it requires moving people and chairs. The wash basins are microscopic. Time to move to a bigger place so that more of us can come enjoy and bring our friends to show off the Malayalee cuisine.
The food was amazing and feel like we reached Kerala. but the service was worst . Only 2 people for service and sometimes they are standing outside the shop. When we order the food it takes 20 minutes it's fine but . They didn't serve the drinking water untill we finish the food. Please don't spoil your name because of the service.Food: 5/5
I usually Will be here for food since last year. I feel so comfortable with the team and their services. They are providing good service and rates are acceptable. I'm totally happy with them.
