Booked the room for a very good price. Didn't expect much but found the rooms to be really clean and well equipped. Breakfast was nice and staff very welcoming. Would stay again and recommend for others to do so. Thanks Eastbourne Guest House :-)

Eastbourne is clean and in a great location, the parking is on site and I found it ideal for a break. The breakfast is prompt and excellent, all in all a really enjoyable stay

Cozy, well maintained guesthouse. Service was great and the breakfast was of a good standard. Reasonable value and easy to recommend.
