Booked the room for a very good price. Didn't expect much but found the rooms to be really clean and well equipped. Breakfast was nice and staff very welcoming. Would stay again and recommend for others to do so. Thanks Eastbourne Guest House :-
Brilliant Stay, great value for money and close enough to the town and the Lake. Would we stay here again, most definitely, It does say no children allowed which worked out pretty good as we had a quiet undisturbed sleep. Breakfast was Great, No complaints and the staff are friendly. English is not the first language with the staff on site, its Russian, but dont let that put you off. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, etc And loverly thick towels. Checking in is a little strange as you speak to an English man via a intercom in the lobby, its fine, it's just not what we expect. He welcomes you opens the main door and soon enough the online house keeper arrives and shows you to your room. Its simple its efficient, and maybe this is just one of the ways to keep the prices so competitive, as there are no corners cut anywhere else. Parking. No problems, once you go to your room there is a parking permit which entitles you to park infront of Eastbourne or just around the corner. Check Out Its out Bt 10am but I'm sure if you contact them this may be discussed, however it was not a problem for us. Breakfast was promt so we still had an hour before 10am check out. Tweaks I wish both the ladies had introduced themselves, as I like to call people by name. At breakfast I found it comical to watch the lady being over efficient and removing individual breakfast plates as individuals finished there food. Im used to both of us being finished before the plate is removed. I guess it's the Russian way lol. I believe the ladies running the B & B work very hard and in our opinion do this very well. No complaints and would most definitely try and book at Eastwood before any others. Its clean, comfortable and great value, and the location is close enough to walk to the lake in 15 mins.
Excellent been here 3 times now. Once a year around January February time. Rooms are well decorated, spacious, clean and roomy. Friendly service

Cozy, well maintained guesthouse. Service was great and the breakfast was of a good standard. Reasonable value and easy to recommend.
Eastbourne is clean and in a great location, the parking is on site and I found it ideal for a break. The breakfast is prompt and excellent, all in all a really enjoyable stay
