What a find--a business that doesn't just talk about customer service, but truly delivers it. I was in a pinch at the weekend and needed to hire a car. All of the big name, global car hire companies at the airport and Marsh Barton are barely open at weekends. And then I find Easirent Exeter! Open early, open late, open every day. The hire price was low, the insurance was high (but in line with others), but the service was excellent. Need a pickup to their location? "Not a problem, sir." I was running late to drop the car off, and I rang ahead to ask for a speedy lift to the train station. "Certainly, sir!" The best part is that you can actually dial a local number to speak to someone if you have a query. No central reservation numbers in far off lands....someone here in Exeter who wants to help you. Bravo, Easirent. You've just converted an Avis customer to you. Well done.

Fantastic experience. Everything went completely smoothly and I have no complaints at all. I thought the shuttle from and to the airport might be an issue but it was fine. Cheryl, Jamie and Colin were incredibly friendly and efficient, and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I'll definitely use this Easirent again.

The staff in Exeter are so good! So much better than my bad experience with Easirent Heathrow. The manager is so fun and enthusiastic. Today we also received top service from a really kind and gentle young man - so good that I felt like befriending them both! :)

Easy to get to and everything was fine with the reservation and nice clean modern van awaited me this morning.
