Ealing Personal Training is all about exercise. We are a boutique gym offering personal training, classes, sports massage and physiotherapy. We also offer the best value gym in west London. Find our entrance on the top floor of Sainsbury's car park in west ealing.

The best money I spend every week! I’ve been training with Matt for nearly 10 years now and it’s made a big difference to my physical and mental health.
Matt at Ealing Personal Training cured me of a lifelong aversion to the idea of gyms and personal training! I'd always been sporty but lacked the initiative or desire to do regular gym work on my own. When I was told that I had high blood pressure I decided that I needed to do something, went to Matt and nearly 4 years later I'm still training with him. Matt's measured approach takes you up to your limit and just a bit beyond without you realising it. During the lockdown Matt switched seamlessly to online sessions which have been working really well. The facilities at the gym itself are great and the atmosphere is welcoming. And it's great value for money. Keep up the good work guys.
Safe and Welcoming studio. I have become alot more confident in attending no matter if you are a beginner or advanced.. its suits all abilities including me... doubt the 6 pack in going to happen any time soon. Trainers are really knowledgeable helpful..All the trainers are Professionally trained have been really helpful to me.. I train with one of them.. but still seek advice.. ..If you are recovering from a injury this place will help.. I have had massages thumbs up..truly has helped me to recover. This studio is clean, full of great vibes.. airy music for all ages... colourful . .. fantastic location.. its a fun place to be..advance or not workout here plenty space for all. I attended the classes also.. its fun and bloody hard work.. Thumbs up
I used the gym, training with Matt, the owner for a number of years All went well and there is often a good friendly atmosphere in the gym. Unfortunately I can only give a two star review because of money owed to me which the gym refuses to repay. I booked numerous session blocks with Matt over the years totalling I would estimate about £5000 if not more The last block I bought in December I can’t use because of issues with my back and now other medical treatment will stop me working out for most of this year. I asked for a refund on three occasions only to be told by Matt that it wasn’t his policy to offer refunds. I was never told this when purchasing and there is no mention of this on the web site. I’m left feeling short changed by what I consider sharp practise. I know others that have been asked to leave have had their monies paid in advance refunded. I guess I’m left being owed £400. I would advise anyone using the gym to get an assurance that unused training sessions will be refunded.
What a great space! One of Ealing's hidden gems! The gym is based above the big Sainsburys in West Ealing, I've been having PT sessions at Ealing Personal Training and enjoyed every minute, I have achieved my goals and feel and look fantastic! I didn't have to join the gym to have PT but I have decided to anyway as they only have a very small membership and at £10 a month it's a no brainer! It's really worth looking into if your at all interested in PT and gym membership!
