Do not go to this gym. . Nothing works. Boiler hasn't been working for the last 20 years and always excuses to get it fixed with their stupid notices. If you complain staff tell you to leave as they don't care. You Hardly see the manager as too embarased to show tbeirr faces as this gym is the worst i have ever been to in London. . It takes ages to fix 1 machine and there can be up to 10 machines in the gym area not working. There is no atmosphere there now so I have left for good and would not recommend it to my friends as i would.be too embarrassed to do so.

Golds Gym Hanwell branch - My rating is zero...NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS...staff give out incorrect information when I phone to enquire about the hot water status. They should send out a text message to inform members when there is no hot water.

Staff and instructors are great but the gym has most the machines broken. Also they closed one week for work in progress but we are still paying for the whole month without any discount! There is just one personal trainer in the whole gym... Very bad.

Back in July 2017, they introduced a car parking procedure (where you enter your car registration every time you park) without telling anyone and managed to fine hundreds of their members and refused to refund the fines. They also have consistently broken equiptment, showers which are not fit for purpose (hot water doesnt work for over 2 years in some showers, some have broken door locks, broken tiles etc). Would strongly suggest to not join this gym.

Dont trust this place the staff and manager especially dosent treat member fairly, they banned me and my friend for something i did not do and I tried contacting the manager for 1 weeks and i just get ignored. they tell me they will reply but they dont. I never even got a refund. Im literally still trying to contact them but im geting ignored
