The Northern most point on the British mainland has a classic lighthouse overlooking lovely cliffs jutting out into the sea. It would have been nice to allow entry to the lighthouse which was unfortunately closed when we visited during the winter

The most Northerly point of the mainland British isles. (John O'Groats is not - they only had the railway in Victorian times). Fantastic views to Orkney on a clear day.
