Dunelm provides a standard of stock across it's stores, so content rarely varies from store to store.

This Dunelm in particular is not massively large, but is fitting for the area.

Customer service seemed a little lack luster, with staff members unable to answer some questions.

Overall this store has an air of being 'cramped'. Sadly, it could do with the cafe not being there and that space being used for more content.

I'd suggest, if a Dunelm is what you need, the Norwich branch is a significant improvement only 40 minutes away.

Amble parking, but only close to ASDA with a twenty minute walk into Lowestoft town centre.

Paige is an excellent Ambassador for Dunelm. Nothing was too much trouble to help us purchase a rug. My wife and I recommend her for a customer care award. Well done Paige and thank you😃
