Recently has a bathroom fitted that I had waited 9 months for. Fitter was fantastic, shame about the after sales customer service team at Lowestoft. Several issues with the bathroom due to the sales teams errors. Numerous phone calls, texts, store visits later I am still waiting on a couple of things for my bathroom. I would recommend the fitter but not the Lowestoft sales team
Wickes is solid for DIY project supplies. When I asked for help in there they were quite willing to offer advice. It's a shame that the paint mixing service by Dulux is out of action at the moment as it's great for getting the colour you want. I have used it before and came out with a really nice colour. You probably don't have to think twice about purchasing what you find here as it's quite reasonably priced.
Really helpful, patient and polite. Intriguing selection of kitchens. So hope we can get them to do it as their manners were impeccable. Kindest. Mr and Mrs Lincoln.
Handy shop for my needs, may not have a big stock but you can order and then pick up at the store. Competitive prices

A pretty good store with good stock and helpful staff. But there is one employee in particular who stands out. A young man called Remy. Always very helpful. Always keen to keep the checkout queue moving. He really makes a difference. A real credit to the company.
Great service from knowledgeable and friendly staff. We use this store in Lowestoft as there isn't one close to us. But it is always worth the drive to use it. We bought a complete kitchen here, and they delivered it to us at the time we asked. Can't find any fault with Wickes at all. Highly recommended.
