I was missold a wardrobe as it was 2 but together in the window display with 1 £80 price on it which I paid plus £20 delivery which I booked knowing I had to take a day off work for a flat inspection from housing association. When it arrived only half of it was delivered and they told me a double wardrobe means 2 doors despite the fact it was displayed as 1 whole wardrobe. They would delivery the other half unless I paid another £80 it's definitely not worth anywhere near £160 and I have to wait 5 days for it to be collected before I can have a refund which means I'm going to half to take another day off work as I was missold what I paid for. I have photographic identification that it was displayed as 1 wardrobe for £80 and despite ringing literally minutes after it was delivered I still have to take another day off work which can potentially cost me a fortune as I am self employed; especially considering Jan is historically the best month in the industry....
Great shop, I've bought a few items from here over the years, they have some really nice furniture at very reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful.
It's an 'ok' shop. Some prices are reasonable, some are overpriced. I managed a furniture charity for 30 years, so I do have experience in furniture quality and pricing.
Well, the staff and store are outstanding for customer service and going that extra mile. I took my disabled brother there to view a recline chair and sofa..the care and attention given to him was excellent. There was a slight issue with the size of sofa he had chosen but the delivery guys were brilliant kept my informed all the way. Thank you Joel, assistant manager for your professionalism, Kim for taking time. Ricky for all the simple information. You are credit to a very worthy charity and the furniture is very good. Keep up your good work.
