Absolutely Excellent service from Colin at lowestoft! He asked all the questions to understand what type of mattress needed . Very quick smooth delivery and even took my old mattress away for £25 . Will definitely be using Mattressman again in the future.  Thank you so much .

We ordered a Reylon super king-size mattress from them and set a delivery date for it. After some initial problems changing the delivery date which didn't look like being resolved, James from the company made the effort to get back in touch with me and get the mattress delivered as requested. Delivery driver was extremely helpful, we would have struggled without him. Very good customer service, would definitely recommend.

We witnessed a member of staff being very rude to some customers, which was totally uncalled for. The shop looked old and dingy and there were no staff to help other than the man who aggressively claimed he was in charge to the couple who clearly just needed some help.  This put us right off buying from here and we went to Dreams instead which had far superior customer service.

Huge Range off Mattress Down stairs and a Huge Range off Garden furniture upstairs .Was really nice not to have Sales Man's pressure and be left alone.The Man Said if you Need any advice or Need any information about the product just come and See Me . Spent Thousands

thanks to Colin at mattress man . Who was patient and understanding in every way . With his help we have got the right mattress for us . Buying one is never easy these days as we found out it’s not straight forward any more . We did not have to wait long for it to come . The 2 men were also great even being a terraced house was not easy to get up the stairs . So they done so well . Thank you so much to these people .
