Fantastic all round! After many months of searching and indecision for flooring for our hall and dining room, we visited Steve who helped us pick Karndean wood effect plank and now fitted it looks amazing. Totally transformed the place, we also had new carpet for study, all expertly fitted and great quality. There's so much choice but staff are so knowledgeable and help you select the right product and within budget. We've also bought a new bed from here and v happy with it. It's well worth a visit, would definitely recommend.

Have bought many carpets and flooring and some furniture. But this visit wasn't so good. Pressure selling, advised product may go up in price and the fitting price was almost as expensive as the product. There was supposed to have been a sale on, but the price I paid for the same type of carpet, the same size for a different room, was dearer! I still believe the products sold are quality. But I probably won't use the store in the future. The salesman I believe was one of the owners. I would have thought he would have given better service, considering he has a vested interest.

Excellent service. Purchased a mattress at a very competitive price. Received very good service from Steven in the shop and from the lads who delivered.

Always worth a visit here if you are looking for home items. Their prices are always very competitive with the bigger firms. Very friendly helpful staff.

I called at this furniture store in search of a decent settee for a decent price. Unfortunately most of the very nice suites were not in my price range  I had set a budget at £2000 for a settee and chair.. The extremely rude and arrogant salesman suggested I went to the British Heart Foundation.  Is this how to treat anyone. I was so shocked I just walked out

Showroom staff made themselves available without being pushy. Ordered a corner suite and although there was an issue on delivery, it was sorted with utmost efficiency.

Great store with lots of stock to view. Very helpful staff. 1st visit, will go again soon

Just would to thank all at Karpet Kingdom for fitting all our flooring  in our new bungalow in Gorleston  last week. Very pleased!  All the fittings were perfect, Would  definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a mattress from here. Not only did I have excellent service in store but the mattress is amazing! So pleased I listened to their recommendation. Delivery was quick and the two guys delivering were great. Overall I'm really pleased with the whole experience and I would shop here again.

Very helpful, polite staff. Large selection of products. Would definitely recommend
