"The COSLA Conference Centre is a stimulating and creative environment for business, learning and networking. It offers a range of meeting rooms, all with natural daylight. Designed over two levels, each floor has extensive circulation space which can be used for catering and networking or just as easily for registration and exhibition space. Lift access is available to both floors and an induction loop system fitted throughout the meeting rooms."

Building was nice inside but unfortunately, staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We were there to attend a week long training course and advised by our firm that casual dress was appropriate. This obviously didn't quite live up to the business wear that they're used to seeing on their corporate clients as we were treated pretty poorly from the outset. Glared at by staff for using the designated break area because they had corporate clients whom they'd decided to set up catering for, directly outside a room we'd hired for a week. Unbelievably, two of the staff gestured at us like lepers and made snide comments as we ate our lunch. We were then asked if we would remain inside our room and eat our lunches at our desks as they had 'clients' using this space. Are we not clients? I'm pretty sure you received payment for your services. Pompous & arrogant staff who shouldn't judge a book by its cover.
Great venue for meetings, conferences and seminars.Great location also as just behind the Haymarket train station.
Fantastic place for a conference. Great staff and a nice cup of tea.
Probably the best-located conference centre in Edinburgh! It's a little tight so is probably only suitable for 100-odd people, but all-in-all it's a great venue.
