The death of Alexina my sister is not forgotten the coverup goes on by the Dundee City Council children died in care the council still destroys social work files and post mortem reports how sick and perverted is that?

Painters came and  did a decent job but, when on inspection the following morning I noticed a fair sized white paint dab on my (not cheap) border. I phoned the housing and was told that i would have to put in an insurance claim.  All I want is for the painters to remove said Paint dab.  Why all this insurance nonsense. Help !!

Dundee House offers outstanding customer service facilities. Very good system for managing the queue. And the persons attending are very well informed and are very efficient. Always been helpful

I'm disgusted with Dundee City Council. They made a mistake with my Housing Benefit claim that I have been receiving for three years and have suspended it when it should never have been suspended in the first place. They admit it was there mistake but they won't lift the suspension on my claim. I have been starving and living without electricity and now I'm getting evicted all because of their mistake!? I have went to see them in person every day this week trying to apply for help so that I don't get evicted and have money or at least vouchers to eat. However, because they won't lift the suspension I can't apply for further assistance so I've been left on my arse for weeks because of their mistake. I am disabled, estranged from my family, unable to work and I suffer from mental health issues. What they have done has ruined my life. I have lost the home I love. I have no one to turn to and the Council don't care and won't help. They have brought me to the point of feeling suicidal for the first time in years. I can't express how appalling they're service is and how much they have mistreated me. Words don't even express it.

dundee council staff are rude, uneducated and lazy, all they do is lie and pass the buck, i really dont know how they get away with it, if dundee council was a private company, they'ed be under investigation.
