This isn’t specifically for the staff in this branch, it’s TSB overall. This may be the worst bank I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. A real train wreck of an organisation. I don’t have a single positive word to say about TSB. Take your money out and leave, please.
Depends what time and day you go in can be really busy and no counter service sat but staff are very helpful
Often closed when the site says it's open. Always a queue. Too many floor staff. Not enough tellers.
Great customer service, people who work there always very nice. Never too busy. Do not do “dirty” investments in fossil fuels!
Terrible systems Helpless agentsome of them Spent much time for nothing
Visit every week to withdraw cash. Always a queue to be served. On this occasion at least 8 people in front of me waiting, with 2 cashiers working. The usual member of staff comes over to queue asking what are you here for ie wanting cash , or if depositing there is a machine where you can do this, and you get taking away, so 1 person leaves queue. Stand a few more minutes , another member of staff comes over, asks the same question, bearing in mind only 1 person has been served, so we are all asked again, he leaves the area. Queue now down to 3 in front of me, and yes a 3rd member of staff asks us again, including the queue behind me. I mention she is the 3rd staff member to ask the Same question, she replies not everyone in queue is here to get cash out. Yes possibly 1 out of 10 isnt, but 3 spare staff members able to wander about aimlessly!!! When only 2 tellers on ?? 1 left in front of me now and low and behold another teller appears , I receive my cash after approx 30 minutes, someone needs to get the teller/ customer ratio sorted.
Your website yet again let me down, your not open! Fix the website to show your real times cuz I sick of going to the bank with rlthr shutters down, your phone line lies saying your Working but the lights aren't even on, pathetic for company do better

This TSB branch is very good and its staff is friendly and ready to help! Thanks Mary Gollan for being supportive, friendly and actually answering my questions.
The staff in this branch are just so nice. I've never left here without a smile on my face and any problems unsolved.
