Never been in this shop before but after looking at the poor selection of 9ct creole earrings other Dundee jewellers had just thought I'd pop in for a look and was pleasantly surprised by the great selection of new and second hand earrings they had. The guy that served me was so helpful and patient like to take my time choosing didnt feel rushed like some places make you feel. Found a beautiful pair of new earrings on sale which I love. So would definately recommend Ramsdens in Dunded, great price, quality and service.. Will be the first place I look next time.
I am surprised at the negative comments as I purchased a gold bangle from this outlet and had a very nice experience. The girls were helpful and spent time trying to see if they had what I wanted. Had an extra little bonus of getting 10% off my item, that I wasn't expecting to get!!! They must have new staff because they staff I saw were really nice.
What an establishment i went there for a Christmas gift for my wife and the staff attitude was shocking not a smile between the lot of them in fact i felt i was not welcome ! they could take a lesson from their Ramsdens counterparts in Arbroath who are the complete opposite always helpful and welcoming if i was their employee i would seriously consider re staffing the Dundee branch needless to say i did not purchase any thing and was glad to get out the door !!! i went else where to purchase it costs nothing to smile and be pleasant but it cost Ramsdens plenty when i left without buying !!
Staff in this shop are not interested in you unless your buying something if your there to pawn they look down there nose at you the women who I dealt with was sooo rude
